If seat belts cut into your neck or rub your chest, this device offers an easy fix.  Designed to safely and comfortably keep your seat belt tight in your lap and firmly against your chest.  It installs in seconds.  Simply place center of device under lap and shoulder belt sections - in the lap area.  Secure with hook-and-loop strap - then slide it about 5" away from latch.  Tighten your belt and you're done.  Device stays attached so when you reenter your car, you just slide it to move the shoulder belt into a comfy position.
